Lucky Sutton came to us after his DUI arrest. Through vigilant research, strong advocacy and an unwillingness to be imtimidated by the state, the case was brought to trial. The police in-car video may suggest that Mr. Sutton was impaired, but when we presented the additional evidence of back surgeries, including metal rods, explaining his stagger and consistent speech pattern without alcohol, the jury was persuaded to enter a NOT GUILTY verdict at trial after viewing this video.
